PENGARUH PENERAPAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA KRISTEN DAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TEAM ASISTED INDIVIDUALIZATION (TAI) TERHADAP KUALITAS BELAJAR SISWA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN NEGERI 1 AIR PUTIH TAHUN 2024

This study aims to analyze the influence of Christian Religious Education (PAK) implementation and the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) cooperative learning model on student learning quality at SMK Negeri 1 Air Putih. Using a descriptive quantitative approach and regression analysis technique, the research involved 30 students as the sample. Results show that PAK implementation contributes significantly to learning quality improvement by 74.8%, while the TAI model contributes 69.1%. Together, both variables demonstrate a positive impact of 75.1%. These findings highlight the importance of combining Christian value-based education with cooperative learning strategies to foster active, creative, and character-driven students. The TAI model enhances student participation and promotes positive group interaction, while PAK provides a strong spiritual foundation within the learning process. The study recommends integrating these approaches to optimize educational outcomes in vocational schools.
