PENGARUH PENGEMBALAN DAN MANAJEMFN GEREJA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PELAYANAN JEMAAT DI GEREJA PENTAKOSTA INDONESIA DESA DURIAN

Abstract

This study examines the influence of pastoral care and church management on service improvement at Gereja Pentakosta Indonesia Desa Durian. Using a descriptive correlational approach, the findings reveal that pastoral leadership contributes significantly (66.2%) to service enhancement, while church management affects it by 80.7%. Simultaneous analysis shows that both variables jointly influence service performance by 81.5%. The results highlight that improving church service quality depends on effective spiritual leadership, structured planning, ongoing training, and program evaluation. The study recommends churches strengthen the synergy between pastoral practices and management systems to build efficient, responsive, and sustainable services that meet the evolving needs of congregations.
